the start of the session
Students
line up, in grade order facing the instructor.
The instructor may hand out notices etc and then commence the starting
ritual, ie.
Instructor faces in same direction as students
Kneel, seiza and place the hands
together in front.
Repeat after the instructor "Shikin Haramitsu Daikomyo"
clap twice - bow clap once
Instructor turns to face students and all say
"Onigaishimasu" together
To
conclude the session
Repeat
the ritual used at the start, replacing "onigaishimasu" with "Domo Aregato
Gozaimashita"
